Open the February 19 email from CSU Quality Improvement and take the Cal Poly Student Survey!
Every ten years, Cal Poly must re-affirm its accreditation with the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC).
We are inviting students to be a part of this effort by participating in an online survey February 19-26. The survey will ask what you do, where you learn, how you perceive your teachers, how you understand learn-by-doing, and whether you are satisfied with your major. Your responses will help us provide you with a more effective education.
Go to the Take the Cal Poly Student Survey web page.

This class will present a series of housing projects covering a range from rural, suburban, to urban communities. We will explore facets of unit layout, building design, and site planning. We will examine the influences of user needs, public policy, project financing, zoning, design, and construction issues that must be balanced to produce successful housing. We will compare and contrast how various designs seek to meet the needs of different markets and different users, across a spectrum of lifestyles and incomes.
There will be several presentations by local and nationally recognized professionals currently engaged in issues of housing and community development. The presentations will consist of a project overview followed by interactive dialogue.
