The Lydia Humphrey Memorial Work-Study Program is made possible by a generous endowment bequest from the estate of Ms. Geneveve Musick in honor of her sister. Only students enrolled in one of the majors (ArcE, Arch, CRP, CM, and LA) within the College of Architecture & Environmental Design at Cal Poly State University, San Luis Obispo, are eligible to apply.

Submit the completed application for the 2011 Summer Quarter to the CAED Receptionist (Bldg. 05-212) by 5:00 PM Friday, July 1, 2011.
Submit the completed application for the 2011/12 Academic Year (Fall-Winter-Spring Quarters) to the CAED Receptionist (Bldg. 05-212) by 5:00 PM, Monday, October 3, 2011(accepting applications starting September 19; applications before this date will not be accepted).
I will be a full-time student in the College of Architecture and Environmental Design during the 2011-2012 academic year and will not be participating in a study abroad program. I also certify that all information provided on this application is true and accurate to the best of my knowledge, and I have read and understand the descriptions and specific requirements for each support area. If selected, I will be committed to the terms identified and to work a minimum of 10 hours or more per week, and understand my supervisor will revoke my award if I do not work the minimum hours each week.
